Welcome to the Stanley Martin Vendor Extranet. This site allows Trader Parnters a portal to access not only Voucher and VPO documentation for invoicing. It also provide access to lot pertinent information such as selection sheets and permits.

Updated Voucher and VPO Access
Effective 10/24/11 E-Vouchers will now be available on the extra-net for a period of 6 months after the settlement date. Per SMH Master Agreement any invoice recieved 6 months after settlement will be rejected. VPO's for warranty work will be available on the extra net for a period of 15 months after settlement.

Annual Trade Partner Meeting - Friday 2/3/12
Annual Trade Partner Breakfast Meeting, Steve Alloy will be the key speaker and update the Trade Partners on 2011 Performance and 2012 Forecasts.
